Player Information

Registration Opens to TYGA Members November 3 at 8:00 pm
Registration Opens to Non-Members November 10 at 8:00 pm
Registration Deadline December 2 at 11:59 pm
Entry Fee(s) TYGA Members $10 per player
Non-Members $25 per player
Eligibility NC junior golfers who are 6-12 years of age as of the tournament date.
Format Individual 9-Hole Maximum Score Stroke Play.
Starting Times Starting times will range from 12:40 – 2:40pm.  Groupings will  be posted 2 days in advance of tournament date.
Course Setup Boys' & Girls' 6-7 ~1,300 yards
Boys' & Girls' 8-9 ~1,700 yards
Boys' & Girls' 10-12 ~2,200 yards
Field Size 36 players maximum
Electronic Measuring Devices Players may use an approved measuring device during this event.
Push/Pull Carts Push/Pull Carts are allowed at all TYGA events.
Caddie Information Caddie Information: Players must walk at all times, must have a caddy. Caddies must be 16 years of age or older (no exceptions) and must walk at all times.
Spectator and Parent Policy Spectator Information: Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $20 per cart. Spectator carts are restricted to the cart path at all times.
Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event by contacting the TYGA office at 910-673-1000 prior to the day of the tournament.  If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year.
Refund Policy: A $10 administrative fee will be charged to all withdrawals.
Prizes Medals are awarded to each divisional winner, runner-up and second runner-up.
