3. All Former and Current MGA/MetLife Boys Champions.
4. Low 15 and ties at 2018 Carter Cup.
5. 2019 Round of 16 at Met Junior Championship.
6. 2018 Runner-up MGA/MetLife Boys Championship.
7. 2019 Qualifiers for the Met Open Championship.
8. 2019 Qualifiers for the Met Amateur Championship.
9. 2019 Qualifiers for the Ike Championship.
10. 2019 Qualifiers for the MGA Public Links Championship.
11. 2018 Williamson Cup Team Members.
12. 2019 Long Island Golf Association Junior Champion.
13. 2019 New Jersey State GA Junior Champion (Must reside in MGA territory).
14. 2019 Connecticut GA Junior Champion (Must reside in Fairfield County).
15. 2018 Staten Island GA Junior Champion (Will be eligible for 2019 Carter Cup if eligible).
16. 2019} New York State GA Junior Champion (Must reside in MGA territory).
17. 2018 Westchester GA Junior Champion (Will be eligible for 2019 Carter Cup if eligible).
