ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
Welcome to the new England Golf Junior Series! A new initiative for 2024 consisting of regionally placed 54 hole tournaments specifically created for younger female players to increase the playing opportunities that are WAGR ranked.
- Open to all junior girls eligible to play for England
- No practice round. The aim is to just play
- Play from red tees
- Maximum of 30 competitors
- Please note, only one entry will be accepted for the event at Farnham or Delamere Forest
Entry Fee: £40
Entry Closing Date: 1st August (23:59)
Maximum Handicap: 10.0

THIS YEAR'S VENUE
On the 2nd of January 1910 eleven local businessmen met on an informal basis and agreed to form a golf club to be sited on Crown land adjacent to the ancient English hunting forest off Delamere. The first formal meeting of the proposed committee took place on the 13th of March 1910. Having decided to build a golf course they engaged the celebrated architect Herbert Fowler to advise on the original layout of a front 8 and a back 10 which had been proposed by founder member Willie Clegg.
