Format |
This event is a one-day 36-hole stroke play competition, conducted on both the Upper and Lower courses at Baltusrol Golf Club. The Carter Cup Champion will be the lowest score over 36 holes.
If necessary to determine the champion, there will be a sudden death playoff which will begin immediately at the conclusion of regular play. All players should keep informed as to the time and status of any playoff.

Eligibility |
The Carter Cup, the MGA’s Junior Stroke Play Championship, is an invitational event open to juniors who are 18 years of age or younger and who have not yet matriculated at college.

• This is a walking only event.
• Caddies are not permitted.
• Players must carry their own bag.
• Pull carts will be approved on a course by course basis, please consult the Memorandum to Players.
• Final information will be provided in the Memorandum to Players, which will be released prior to the event.
