ELIGIBILITY
A competitor cannot have a Handicap Index exceeding 4.4, and not reached his 19th birthday by July 30, 2022.

FORMAT
An individual stroke play competition, in which each player competes against all other players in the field. Play is governed by the USGA Rules of Golf and its decisions, by the NOGA Hard Card and the terms of competition. Rule 1.3B states that players are responsible for applying the rules to themselves.
SITE CAPACITY
84 If the event is full, players can still register and be placed on the Waiting List. Players will NOT be charged until they have been moved from the Waiting List to the Tournament Roster.
