Players may attempt to Qualify only once per Championship.

| Entry Fee(s) | $85* per player for qualifying round *Players who successfully qualify for the championship proper will be changed the additional championship fee of $215 for championship rounds |

| Format | Individual 18-Hole Stroke Play. No playoff as ties qualify. |
