| Format | The 53rd MGA/MetLife Boys Championship will be Match Play Format with Low 16 qualifiers. |
| Eligibility | The MGA/MetLife Boys Championship is limited to those not yet 16 on July 22nd, 2021, and must be members of an MGA Member Club. A person who does not reside in the MGA territory and who is not a full-time student or employed in the MGA territory, cannot join an MGA Member Club for the purpose of entering an MGA event. Male golfers under the age of 16 may compete in both the MGA/MetLife Boys and Met Junior Championships. |
