| Eligibility | Entry is open to any girls high school golf team in North Carolina or South Carolina or any individual female golfer in North or South Carolina from the high school graduation class of 2025, 2026, 2027, or 2028. |
| Registration Information |
All registration must be
completed online. All entries will be placed on a pending list
upon registration, we will then accept entries on a first come
first served basis. Trophies-A tie for first place in the team division will be broken by the fourth player’s score. If still tied, teams will share first place. A tie for individual medalist will be shared. All other trophy ties will be broken on holes 10-18. Then, if needed, holes 13-18, then 16-18 if needed. Teams: Coaches must register their team. During registration we only need the school/coach's information. Individuals: Please complete registration as the player. If you do not have a high school coach, please insert your information or your parent's information in the coach's information requested during registration. |

| Format | Team competition will be the best 3 scores from each team, teams consists of a minimum of three players and a maximum of four players. Individual competition is 18-hole stroke play with a maximum score of 7 on each hole. |

1:30pm shotgun start Starting times will be posted 5 days in advance of tournament date. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts area allowed and encouraged at all CGA junior tournaments. |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event (NO SLOPE). |
| Caddie Information | Caddies are NOT allowed. |
| Rankings Information |
Results will be used for CGA
Rankings (multiplier of 3). More details on CGA Rankings can be found HERE. |
| GHIN Posting | CGA WILL post scores to a player's GHIN handicap record. |
| Spectator Policy |
Spectator Information:
Spectators carts will only be available to those that are over
the age of 65, ADA, and pregnant women. Cost per cart will be $40. Spectator carts are
restricted to the cart path at all times. Spectator Policy: Spectators are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all spectators remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. Please view our Spectator Policies for more details. |
| Withdrawal Policy | If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event online or by contacting the CGA office at 910-725-4235 prior to the day of the tournament. If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from CGA events for 1 year. |
