Championship Player Information

Exempt Registration Opens Monday, May 20 at 8:00 pm

Entry Fee Championship Entry Fee: $250
Format & Prizes Championship is conducted at 54 holes of stroke play. There is no cut and this competition includes gross scores only. Merchandise is awarded to the top finishers.
Please note: There is only one division in this championship and all players will play from the same yardage.
Collegiate Cup Players who are currently enrolled at a college/university, will be enrolled by September 15, 2024 at a college/university, or graduated from a college/university in 2024 are eligible to represent their school in the Collegiate Cup. The top-two 54-hole scores from players representing a college/university will be combined to create a team score. The lowest team score will win the Collegiate Cup. 
Eligibility Age Limit: 13 and older.
Maintains residence in North Carolina or South Carolina (maintains residence means legal resident of NC or SC; or enrolled and attends on-campus college/university in NC/SC; or currently lives in and has lived in NC/SC for at least 5 of the previous 12 months prior to the championship start date)
Must have a valid USGA Handicap Index at a CGA member club

July 23: Round 2 - 18 Holes Stroke Play (AM tee times)

Available: July 9-21, based on availability. Fridays-Sundays after 1:00 p.m.

Please Note: Cash is not accepted for any club purchases or fees.
Registration Registration will be on July 21 from 11:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Players will receive tournament information and player gifts.
Practice Areas Driving range will be open by 7:00 a.m. each day.
Food Service Information There will be a buffet lunch for players only from 11:30a.m. - 2:30p.m. on all competition days. All other food and beverage will be at the player’s expense.
The halfway house is located on the lower level of the clubhouse, behind No. 10 tee. The Member Grill outside the Pro Shop will also be available for players and spectators.
Spectator & Caddie Information Spectator Information: Spectators are welcome at CGA championships.
Spectator carts will NOT be available FOR ANY REASON. All carts will be in use by players, CGA staff and club staff.
Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s golf cart at any time.
Caddie Information: Caddies are prohibited at all CGA championships.
