Registration Opens	Friday, March 1 at 10:00 a.m.
Registration Deadline	Wednesday, July 17 at 5:00 pm
Entry Fee(s)	$250/team (includes cost of cart and lunch)
Format	Pinehurst (18 holes, Stroke Play). Partners both drive from the tee and then each plays a second shot with the other’s ball. After the second shot, a choice is made regarding the ball with which the hole will be completed - alternate shots being continued into the hole. On par three holes, the choice must be made after the tee shots.
Eligibility	The MGA Parent-Child Net Championship is open to any team comprised of a parent and child, in any gender combination. Step-parents, grandparents and in-laws are eligible. - Both the parent and child must be members of an MGA Member Club and have an individual up-to-date USGA Handicap Index. Neither parent nor child may have a handicap index that exceeds 18.0 for males and 26.0 for females under the USGA Rules of Handicapping. - A player may not participate on more than one team Net Prizes: - Champion: MGA, LIGA & WGA - Runner-Up: MGA
Carts/Caddies	• Players are required to use a motorized golf cart. The cost of the cart is included in your entry fee. • Players may bring their own caddie. • Players may not carry their own bag. • Players are not permitted to use pull carts. • It is strongly recommended that caddies wear shoes without spikes or tread. • Final information will be provided in the Memorandum to Players, which will be released prior to the event.
Food Service	Breakfast and Lunch will be available in a fixed window, please consult the Memorandum to Players for times and locations.
Golf Genius App	Live scoring will be utilized through the Golf Genius Mobile App, which players are asked to download via the following links. Apple \| Android Please note: The USGA Tournament Management App that was used previously is no longer in service.
WGA Championship	A Team may win both the MGA & WGA Championship. If both teammates are members of a MGA Member Club in the nine county area, their score will be counted towards both the MGA Championship and the WGA Championship.
LIGA Championship	A Team may win both the MGA & LIGA Championship. If both teammates are members of a Long Island MGA Member Club, their score will be counted towards both the MGA Championship and the LIGA Championship.
