| Entry Fee(s) | Thanks to the HV3 Foundation, there is NO ENTRY FEE for this event! |
| Eligibility | Entry is open to any girls high school golf team in North Carolina or South Carolina. |
| Registration / Acceptance Process | Coaches are asked to register their team. All teams will be placed on a pending list upon registrations, we will then accept teams on a first come first served basis. |
| Team Rosters | An email will be sent to accepted teams asking for their team roster. Rosters are due by 5:00pm on Monday, September 18. |
| Format | Team competition will be the best 3 scores from each team, teams consists of a minimum of three players and a maximum of four players. Individual competition is 18-hole stroke play with a maximum score of 7 on each hole. |
| Field Size | 75 players - 18 Teams (4 players per team) & 3 Individuals |

2:00pm shotgun start
Groupings will be posted 6 days in advance of tournament date. |
| Food | Food will be provided for players and coaches after the round. |
| Divisions | There are no age divisions for this event. |
| Course Setup |
Red Tees - 5,283 yards Yardages are subject to change. |
| Practice Rounds | Practice rounds will NOT be available. |
| Caddie Information | Caddies are NOT allowed. |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts are allowed and encouraged at all CGA tournaments. |
| Spectator Policy | Spectators are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all spectators remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. View our Parent & Spectator Policies for more information. |
| Spectator Carts | Spectators carts will only be available to those that are over the age of 65, ADA, and pregnant women. Cost per cart will be $20. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy | If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event online or by contacting the CGA office at 910-673-1000 prior to the day of the tournament. If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from CGA events for 1 year. |
| Prizes | Banner for the winning team and medals are awarded to each member of the winning team. The overall individual will receive trophy. Top 5 individuals will earn All Tournament First Team honors and second 5 will receive All Tournament Second Team honors. |
| Exemption Opportunities | Top 5 girls in the overall individual results will earn an exemption into the 2024 Vicki DiSantis Junior Girls Championship. |
| Handicap Posting | CGA will not post scores to player's GHIN handicap record. |
