68th Ike MGA Stroke Play Championship

Format |
54-hole Stroke Play Championship.
After the first 18-holes on Monday,
June 26th, the field will be cut to the low 40 players & ties and all players within five (5) strokes of the lead. 36-holes will be played on Tuesday, June 27th, to determine a Champion.
In the event of a tie for the Championship, a three (3) hole aggregate playoff will be held immediately following the conclusion of play. In the event of a tie after three holes, the tied players will immediately continue to playoff hole-by-hole until a champion is determined. |

Eligibility |
The competition is open to amateur golfers who are members of an MGA Member Club. A person who does not reside in the MGA territory and who is not a full-time student or employed in the MGA territory cannot join an MGA Member Club for the purpose of entering the Ike Championship. All entrants must have an individual up-to-date Handicap Index based on ratings for men not exceeding 5.0 under the USGA Handicap System and are subject to the MGA Rules and Regulations.

1. Individual Ike, Met Amateur & Met Open Champions from the last 5 years.
2. USGA Champions and members of the Walker Cup team from the last 10 years.
3. Individual Ike and Met Amateur Champions prior to 1986
4. Top 10 individual finishers at the 2022 Ike Championship
5. 2022 Met Amateur Quarterfinalists
6. 2022 Ike Team Champions
7. Current Champion of the NJSGA, WGA, NYC, CSGA & LIGA Amateur Championships and the 2022 CSGA Amateur Champion.
8. 2022 MGA Mid-Amateur, Junior and Carter Cup Champions.
9. 2023 MGA Senior Amateur and Public Links Champions
10. Low Amateur in the 2022 Met Open Championship
11. Top 500 in the Men’s World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) at the time of entry.
12. The 2022 MGA Player of the Year Honor Roll
13. Five Leaders (minimum of 75 points) on the 2023 MGA Player of the Year list as of Sunday, May 22nd, 2023
14. The leader on the 2023 MGA Player of the Year list as of Friday, June 9th, 2023
15. A representative team (two players) from the Championship Host Club - Brooklawn Country Club
