February NOGA Winter Series

REGISTRATION

1) Register & pay your entry fee using the online form available here

2) Once NOGA receives your registration, you will receive an invitation from the TrackMan Tournament System. (This can take up to a day) Click ‘Go To Tournament’ in the email, log-in with your TrackMan account details (or create a free TrackMan account if you do not have one), click the orange ‘Join Tournament’ button, and you are in!

3) When the Round time window opens (Feb.1 - Feb. 28), visit your local TrackMan Simulator, sign-in to the unit with your TrackMan details, select ‘TOURNAMENTS’, “NOGA WINTER Series”, “Play Tournament’, add the required players, ensure handicaps are set as current GHIN if in the Net Division, and hit ‘Start Game’!

Opens: Wednesday, January 25th, 7:00 a.m.
Closes: Thursday, February 23rd, 11:59 p.m.

ENTRY FEE

$25 per player paid through the NOGA website + Fee for golf paid at selected Trackman facility.

REFUND POLICY

Once the event has started (Jan.1) no refunds are permitted.

ELIGIBILITY

Entries are open to any amateur golfer, male or female, holding an active NOGA/GHIN Handicap Index® at the time of registration and competition from an authorized NOGA member club. Entries are subject to the approval or rejection, at any time, by the NOGA tournament committee at its discretion. Players must be 19 years of age on or before the date of competition. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Beginning Wednesday, February 1 players will have until February 28th to schedule a time at any of the following participating Trackman facilities.

FORMAT

Each month there will be a Net Tournament and a Scratch Tournament. Players will choose which tournament they would like to play in at registration.

Net Individual Tournament played from 6,100 Yards using current GHIN handicaps. Please enter your current GHIN handicap into your Trackman account to have accurate results.

Scratch Individual Tournament played at 6,500 yards.

Putting is set to manual and has a gimme distance of 8ft.

Net players will compete from 6,100 yards

Scratch players will compete from 6,500 yards

Women will compete from 5,300 yards in both Net and Scratch

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Winnings will be paid out in the form of Gift Certificates sent to the club players choose at registration.
