Format & Prizes |
Championship is conducted at 36 holes of stroke play. Players have the option of competing in the Championship Division or the Carolinas Division (shorter course). Players are pre-flighted within their division based on Handicap Index. The overall champion can come from any flight within the Championship Division. Merchandise is awarded to the top finishers in each flight in both divisions. A prize for the low Super Senior (65+) in the Carolinas Division will be awarded. |
Eligibility |
Age Limit: 50 and older. Must be 65+ to be eligible for Super Senior award.
Maintains residence in North Carolina or South Carolina Must have a valid USGA Handicap Index at a CGA member club See Entry Form for More Details |

Practice Rounds Available October 17: Round 1 - 18 Holes Stroke Play. 9:00am double tee start. October 18: Round 2 - 18 Holes Stroke Play. 9:00 a.m. shotgun start. Luncheon and awards immediately after. |

Registration | There is no formal registration. Please be at the starting tee 10 minutes before your tee time. |
Food Service Information | Lunch will be provided for players on Tuesday, October 18. All other food and beverage will be at the player’s expense. |
Spectator & Caddie Information | Spectator Information: Spectators are welcome at CGA championships. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s golf cart at any time or rent a spectator cart except as provided in the
CGA Tournament Manual. Caddie Information: Caddies are allowed for championship rounds. During the play of a hole, either the player or her caddie may ride in a golf cart, but not both at the same time. Caddies will not be available at the host club. |
