Qualifier Player Information
Players may attempt to Qualify only once per Championship
Juniors may NOT attempt the Carolinas Amateur/Match Play in the morning and the Dogwood in the afternoon.

Open to male amateur golfers that have not
reached their 19th birthday. USGA GHIN Number is required with an Handicap Index of 15.0 or lower.

Players may use approved measuring devices for this event. |
| Caddie Information | Caddies are allowed but must be 18 years of age or younger. |
| Parent & Spectator Information |
Spectator Information: Spectator carts
are allowed at a rate of $25 per cart. Spectator carts are restricted to the
cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
Open Date to Two Days Prior to Qualifying
Date: Full refund minus $30.00 administrative fee regardless of reason if
entry accepted into championship or sectional qualifier. Withdraw the day before or on Qualifying Date; No-Shows: No refund for any reason. |
