| Eligibility | Open to any public and private girls’ high school teams and individual golfers (Class of 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025) from North Carolina. |
| Entry Process | Coaches will register their players. |
| Format | The tournament is conducted at 18-holes of team and individual stroke play. Each team may be represented by four players and must return three individual 18-hole scores to qualify for the team competition. In case of a tie for the team title, the fourth individual score will be used to break the tie. If the fourth individual scores are the same, the school will share the team title. A tie for medalist will be shared. |

| Field Size | 18 teams |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts are allowed and encouraged at all TYGA tournaments. |
| Caddie Information | Caddies are NOT allowed. |
| Spectator and Parent Policy | Spectator Information:
Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $TBD per cart. Spectator carts are
restricted to the cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from
the event online
or by contacting the TYGA office at 910-725-4235 prior to the day of the
tournament.
If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be
suspended from TYGA events for 1 year. Refund Policy: A $20 administrative fee will be charged to all withdrawals. |
| Prizes | Medals are awarded to each divisional winner, runner-up and second runner-up. |
| Handicap Posting | TYGA does not post one day tournament scores to player's GHIN handicap record. |
| Tournament of Champions | An invitation for the 2022 Tournament of Champions will be extended to the overall individual. |
