| Entry Process | Coaches will register their players. |
| Eligibility | Open to any public and private girls’ high school teams from North Carolina. Team members must meet age eligibility set by their school. |
| Format | Individual
and team 18-hole
stroke play Best 3 of 4 scores for team score. Maximum hole score of 8. |
| Starting Times |
12:00 pm Shotgun Start Groupings will be posted 5 days in advance of tournament date. |
| Course Setup | 5,305 yards, par 71 |
| Field Size | 90 players maximum |
| Practice Rounds | Available from 9/1-9/21 for $32 per person. Please contact Keith Hills to schedule. |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts are allowed and encouraged at all TYGA tournaments. |
| Caddie Information | Caddies are NOT allowed. |
| Spectator and Parent Policy | Spectator Information:
Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $25 per cart. Spectator carts are
restricted to the cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy | If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event online or by contacting the TYGA office at 910-725-4235 prior to the day of the tournament. If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year. |
| Prizes | Trophies are awarded to the winning school, members of the winning team, the medalist, and first and second all-tournament teams (five each). |
| Handicap Posting | TYGA does not post one day tournament scores to player's GHIN handicap record. |
| Tournament of Champions | Invitations for the Tournament of Champions will be extended to team and individual winners. |
