| Eligibility |
Entry is open to any female and male amateur
golfer ages 12-18 who has not started college and has an active USGA GHIN
handicap. If you originally created your tournament registration profile without your GHIN number, please contact us with your first and last name and your GHIN Number and we will update your profile. |
| Format |
36-holes of individual stroke play. There is not a stroke limit. |
| Division |
Boys' 12-13, Boys' 14-15 and Boys' 16-18 TYGA reserves the right to modify divisions based on entries. |

8:00 am double tee start. Starting times will be posted 7 days in advance of tournament date. |

| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts area allowed and encouraged at all TYGA tournaments. |
| Caddie Information | Caddie are not allowed. |
| Spectator and Parent Policy | Spectator Information:
Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $30 per cart. Spectator carts are
restricted to the cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event by
contacting the TYGA office at 910-673-1000 prior to the day of the tournament.
If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be
suspended from TYGA events for 1 year. Refund Policy: A $20 administrative fee will be charged to all withdrawals. |
| Carolinas Junior Boys' Qualifying | Round one of the Metro Junior can serve as a qualifier for the CGA Carolinas Boys. Boys wanting to qualify must register for the qualifier at time of registering for the Metro Junior. The number of qualifying spots will be determined after registration closes. Entry fee for Carolinas Boys' qualifier is an additional $35. Boys' 12-13 division will have a separate qualifier division with the top 10% registered for qualifier advancing to Carolinas Boys'. |
| Prizes | Medals are awarded to overall champions and each divisional winner, runner-up and second runner-up. |
| Handicap Posting | TYGA will post tournament scores to player's GHIN handicap record. |
| Tournament of Champions | Invitations for the Tournament of Champions will be extended to all division winners. |
