Championship is conducted at 18 holes of stroke play qualifying to determine flights and seeding for match play. The championship flight will be comprised of the Top 32 qualifiers and will compete for the overall championship title. Players who do not qualify for the championship flight are flighted according to the number of entries and seeded based on qualifying score. This championship has only ONE division and there are no consolation matches. When a player loses a match, she is eliminated from the competition. Prizes are awarded to the overall champion, finalist and stroke play medalist. Merchandise is awarded to all flight winners and finalists, and semifinalists in the championship flight. |
| Eligibility |
Age Limit: 13 and older. Maintains residence in North Carolina or South Carolina (maintains residence means legal resident of NC or SC; or enrolled and attends on-campus college/university in NC/SC; or currently lives in and has lived in NC/SC for at least 5 of the previous 12 months prior to the championship start date) Must have a valid USGA Handicap Index at a CGA member club See Entry Form for More Details |

Practice Rounds Available July 27: 18 Holes Stroke Play Qualifying beginning at 8:00 a.m. Cut to 32 for Championship Flight Match Play. Round of 32 Matches - Shotgun Start (around 2:30 p.m.) July 28: Round of 16 Matches in Championship Flight and first round matches for other flights beginning at 8:00 a.m. Quarterfinal Matches in Championship Flight and second round matches for other flights beginning around 12:30 p.m. July 29: Semifinal Matches in Championship Flight and final matches for other flights beginning at 8:00 a.m. Final Match in Championship Flight beginning around 12:30 p.m. |

| Registration | There will be no formal check-in at the course. Players will receive player gifts in scoring after the first round. Please be at your starting tee 10 minutes prior to your tee time. |
| Food Service Information | Lunch will be provided for players on July 27. All other food and beverage will be at the player’s expense. |
| Spectator & Caddie Information | Spectator Information: Spectators are welcome at CGA championships.
Spectator carts will NOT be available. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s golf cart at any time. Caddie Information: Caddies are allowed for championship rounds. During the play of a hole, either the player or her caddie may ride in a golf cart, but not both at the same time. Caddies will not be available at the host club. |
