Net Stroke Play & Season Long Match Play Qualifier

REGISTRATION

ENTRY FEE

Option #1 - $105.00:	Entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, lunch & gift certificates.
Option #2 - $145.00:	Entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, lunch, gift certificates AND season long match play fee.

NOTE: Players registering for Option #2 are opting in to ATTEMPT to qualify for season long match play.

REFUND POLICY

Players will have up to 2 days (48 hours) AFTER the registration closing date to request a refund and will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee, regardless of reason. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received after 2 days (48 hours) after the registration closing date.

ELIGIBILITY

Entries are open to any amateur golfer holding an active NOGA/GHIN Handicap Index® at the time of registration and competition from an authorized NOGA member club. Entries are subject to the approval or rejection, at any time, by the NOGA tournament committee at its discretion. Players must be 19 years of age on or before the date of competition.CLICK HERE to see if your Club is listed.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

FORMAT

An individual net stroke play competition, in which each player competes against all other players in the field. Play is governed by the USGA Rules of Golf and its decisions, by the NOGA Hard Card and the terms of competition. Rule 1.3B states that players are responsible for applying the rules to themselves.

COURSE & PLAYING HANDICAP

For the Net Stroke Play Qualifier, 95% of the players course handicap will be used to determine the playing handicap for the round.

SEASON LONG MATCH PLAY

After the Net Stroke Play Qualifier is complete, the top 32 players who registered for Option #2 will be seeded into brackets by NET score and will play matches against the other qualifiers throughout the season. Each Net Stroke Play match played during the course of the season will be played at 100% of the player's full, current handicap as of the day of the match.

FIELD SIZE

66 Players. If the event is full, teams can still register and be placed on the Waiting List. Teams will NOT be charged until they have been moved from the Waiting List to the Tournament Roster.

HANDICAP INDEX

NO Handicap Index Limit for the Net Stroke Play & Season Long Match Play Qualifier. With Handicaps being revised daily under the new World Handicap System (WHS), Handicap Indexes used to determine course and playing handicaps will be revised the morning AFTER entries close.

NOTE: Players will choose the preferred tee set during registration

Member Tee:	6,500 - 6,300 yards
Senior Tee:	6,000 - 5,700 yards
Women's Tee:	6,000 - 5,700 yards

PAIRINGS & REQUESTS

Pairings will be posted to NOGA.org and sent to players after registration closes. If you would like to request a specific pairing group or tee time, please contact Sean Croell at scroell@noga.org

GIFT CERTIFICATES

During registration, players will choose the club/facility they wish to have gift certificate winnings sent to. Please allow for a 2-3 weeks after the event for gift certificate winnings to arrive at the chosen club/facility.

TIES

In the event that there is a tie, NOGA will retain the tie, unless otherwise noted in the specific tournaments terms of competition.

THE COURSE - FOX MEADOW COUNTRY CLUB

Host of the 2011, 2012 & 2017-2020 Ohio Open's as well as the 2014 AJGA All Star Championship, Fox Meadow Country Club's spectacular par-72, 6,918-yard championship golf course was designed by Stephen Burns, ASGCA, to blend harmoniously with its beautiful natural surroundings in Ohio's Medina County. Rolling hills and mature trees frame undulating fairways and immaculately-maintained greens, with shimmering lakes and unique bunkering adding to the course's stunning beauty.
