THE COURSE - WESTFIELD COUNTRY CLUB

Originally built in 1937, Westfield Country Club is home to two impeccable golf courses. Both courses provide a challenging experience to the accomplished golfer, yet an enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. 36 holes of golf are complimented by a new, two acre practice tee, chipping green, almost 30,000 sq. feet of practice putting greens, and two practice holes. A fully stocked Golf Shop, exceptional locker areas, friendly staff, and exemplary grounds are sure to leave a lasting impression for all.

FORMAT

An individual net stroke play competition, in which each player competes against all other players in the field. With Handicap Index revisions occurring daily under the new Rules of Handicapping, each players Handcap Index will be captured the morning AFTER the close of the entries for the competition.

ENTRY FEE

OPTION #1: $145.00	Includes competition, season-long match play qualifying, cart (based on availability), range balls, boxed lunch & prizes.
OPTION #2: $105.00	Includes competition, cart (based on availability), range balls, boxed lunch & prizes.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to all amateur golfers. Must be a member of a NOGA Member Club with an ACTIVE GHIN Handicap Index. 19 years or older on or before date of competition

FIELD SIZE

100 players. If the event is full, players can still register and be placed on the Waiting List. Players will NOT be charged until they are placed on the active tournament roster.

PLAYING HANDICAP

Competition will use the USGA Handicap Allowance of 95% of a player's Course Handicap. With Handicap Index revisions occurring daily under the new Rules of Handicapping, each players Handicap Index will be captures the morning AFTER the close of entries for compeition.

SEASON LONG MATCH PLAY

Brackets will be based on field size. Matches will be played throughout the season at 100% of the players course handicap at the home club of the lower seeded player. The top 32 players will qualify.

TEES

Players will have the option of choosing their preferred tee at time of registration.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

After the event, players can choose to redeem their Gift Certificate at the Host Club OR have their gift certificate sent back to the club chose during registration.
