Format |
18-hole on site Stroke Play qualifier to determine 16 players for match play. After the first 18-holes on Monday, July 13th, the field will be cut to the low 16 qualifiers for match play. In the event of a tie for the last qualifiers place, a hole-by-hole playoff will be immediately conducted to determine the final qualifiers.

General numerical draw will be used. For purposes of determining places in the draw, ties in the qualifying round will be decided by a blind draw, except that places of those participating in a play-off will be determined by the order of finish in the play-off.

Eligibility |
1. Former winners of the Met Junior, Carter Cup and MGA/MetLife Boys Championship
2. 2019 Junior Champions of the NJSGA, CSGA, NYSGA, LIGA and WGA
3. 15 lowest scores (plus ties) in the 2019 Carter Cup
4. Qualifiers for the 2019 USGA Junior Championship*
5. 2019 Met Junior Semifinalists and MGA/MetLife Boys Runner-Up
6. Anyone exempt for the Ike*, Met Amateur and/or Met Open Championships will also be exempt to the Junior Championship
7. Top 750* in the Men’s World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) at the time of entry
8. Current Junior Club Champion at Host Club - Rockaway River Country Club
9. Top 500 in the AJGA Rolex Rankings at the time of entry.

Category 4 - 2019 USGA Junior instead of 2020
Category 6 - Ike Exemptions
Category 7 - Modified from Top 500 to Top 750
All modifications are applicable to 2020 only
