Amateurs - $150.00
Registration and payment must be submitted by Wednesday, May 15th, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
Format: 54-Holes of Stroke Play. The field will be cut after the first round to the low 40 players plus ties and anyone within 5 strokes of the leader.
Exemptions:
1) Past WGA Open Champions
2) 40 lowest scores & ties in the 2018 WGA Open Championship
3) 2018 WGA Amateur; Champion, Runner-Up & Semi-finalists, Senior Amateur Champion, Public Links Champion and Mid-Am Champion.
4) 2018 Met PGA Westchester PGA Championship; Champion, Runner-Up, Semi-Finalist & Quarter Finalist.
5) 20 lowest scores & ties from the nine county area in the 2018 Met PGA Championship.
6) Top 25 on the Met PGA Player of the Year points list.
7) 5 lowest scores and ties from the nine county area in the 2018 Met PGA Senior Championship & 2017 Met PGA Assistants Championship.
8) 2018 Met Open Championship; all competitors who make the cut.
9) 2018 Met Amateur Championship; all competitors who qualify for match play.
10) 5 lowest scores and ties in the 2018 Ike Championship.
11) 2018 MGA Player of the Year honor roll.
12) 5 lowest scores & ties from the nine county area and the low amateur in the 2018 New York State Open.
13) 5 lowest scores & ties from the nine county area in the 2018 New York State Amateur.
14) 5 lowest scores & ties from the nine county area in the 2018 Conneticut State Open.
15) Past USGA & PGA Champions and past Walker Cup members.
16) Head Golf Professional of the qualifying Sites.
17) Two Professional representatives and current club champion of Country Club of Darien.
18) Special invitees of the MGA Executive Committee.
