| Format | This event is a one-day 18-hole stroke play competition. In the event of a tie for the champion (gross), there will be a sudden death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. |
| Eligibility | The competition is open to female amateur golfers who are members of an MGA Member Club. A person who does not reside in the MGA territory and who is not a full-time student or employed in the MGA territory cannot join an MGA Member Club for the purpose of entering the Championship. All entrants must have an individual up-to-date Handicap Index based on ratings for women not exceeding 12.0 under the USGA Handicap System and are subject to the MGA Rules and Regulations. |
| Carts/Caddies |
• Players may take a motorized cart. • Players may bring their own caddie. • Players may carry their own bag. • Players may take a club caddie. • Pull carts will be approved on a course by course basis, please consult the Memorandum to Players. • It is strongly recommended that caddies wear shoes without spikes or tread. • Final information will be provided in the Memorandum to Players, which will be released prior to the event. |
