Invitations will be extended to Amateur members of MGA Member Clubs who have reached their 30th birthday by October 7th, 2019 who:

New Category for 2019: The Top-5 Mid-Amateur (30 or older) finishers at Met Amateur Sectional Qualifiers will now earn an invitation to the MGA Mid-Am Championship. Players do not have to qualify for the Met Amateur to earn an invitation.

- Have qualified for or are exempt from qualifying for the 2019: Met Amateur; Met Open; Ike; or MGA Public Links Championships.
- MGA Mid-Amateur Champions from the last five years.
- The top 30 (and ties) finishers in the 2018 MGA Mid-Amateur Championship.
- All former winners of the: Met Amateur; Met Open; Ike; or MGA Public Links Championships.
- Qualifiers and alternates for the 2019 USGA: Open (LQR); Amateur; Mid-Amateur; Senior Amateur; Senior Open or Four-Ball Championships.
- Top 10 finishers in the 2019 MGA Senior Amateur Championship.
- Top 10 Low Amateurs who have made the cut in 2019 MGA Senior Open Championship.
- Current Senior Amateur Champions for: NJSGA, WGA, CSGA, LIGA, and NYSGA as of September 4, 2019.
- A representative of the host club - Wee Burn Country Club.

- Top 10 Low Amateurs (having made the cut) in the following 2019 Open events: WGA Open, LIGA Open, NJSGA Open, NY State Open, CSGA Open .
- Top 5 Low Amateurs in the 2019 NJ Senior Open and top 3 Low Amateurs in the 2018 LI Senior Open.
- Members of the 2019 Compher Cup, Stoddard Trophy and the two most current French/American and Carey Cup teams.
- Top 20, aged 30 and older, on the MGA Jerry Courville, Sr. Player of the Year list as of Wednesday, October 2, 2019.
NOTE: The field will be back-filled with invitations derived from players who have reached their 30th birthday by October 7, 2019 on the current MGA Player of the Year list.
- Special invitees of the MGA Executive Committee.
