Turkey Shoot Format & Rules

 

Two person teams, each person plays their own ball on every hole. 

 

Team Score is based on who has the "Turkey Ball" per hole.   Player 1 has the "Turkey Ball" on odd number holes and it is with Player 2 on even number holes.   The Team Score is the sum of Player 1's results on odd number holes and Player 2's results on even number holes.  Record results for both players on your scorecard on every hole.  When results are entered, our tournament management system will determine which ball to use for the Team Score per hole and calculate the outcome. 

 

Stay in the game on every hole.  For example, if you are Player 1 and your score isn't used as Team Score on even number holes, you are still in the hunt for a Skin on every hole. 

 

Double Bogey max score per hole.  If you miss your bogey putt, please pick up and move to the next tee box.  Mark yourself down for a double bogey. 

 

All Divisions participate in same Skins prize pool. $3.00 per entry will be designated for skins pool.  Prizes awarded with Golf Shop gift card.

 

All Divisions participate in same Closest to Pin prize pool, two holes.  $2.00 per entry will be designated to CTP pool.  Prizes awarded with Golf Shop gift card.
