Friday

• PRACTICE ROUND:  Tournament players are encouraged to enjoy a practice round on Friday, October 11th.  Guests fees for tournament players are complimentary.
• PRE-REGISTRATION:  Tournament players are encouraged to pay for their tournament entry fees on Friday, to limit long registration lines.
• PAIRINGS RELEASE:  Enjoy the first round of The Steadman with your best friends! All pairings request will need to be made by today (Thursday, October 12) at 5:00 pm.  We will post your group’s starting hole assignment, pairings, and rules sheet Friday morning.    

Saturday

• COURSE CLOSED FOR THE TOURNAMENT:  We hope you can enjoy The Steadman with all your friends, family and staff here at the club.  The golf course will be closed both Saturday and Sunday for the tournament.  
• BREAKFAST BUFFET: Start your tournament round off with a complimentary breakfast at the club.  Chef Randy Boyd will prepare a breakfast buffet for all tournament players, beginning at 8:00 am.  
• PRACTICE RANGE:  The practice range will be open for tournament players only, beginning at 8:00 am. 
• REGISTRATION: Registration will take place in the 19th Hole Grille and in the Pro Shop for credit/debit card payment methods.  The entry fee is $195 per person, plus an optional $5.00 per player for a mulligan on the front and back nine on Saturday’s round only.
• TEE GIFT FOR PLAYING:  Each player will receive a complimentary gift certificate as their tee gift for playing in this year’s Steadman.  The gift certificate can be used for Pro Shop merchandise, drinks, beer, or cocktails in the Bar. (Must redeem the day of the event to use gift certificates in the bar)
• TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS/SHOTGUN START:  At 9:45 am, we ask that everyone locates around the clubhouse putting green for all tournament announcements.  The event will be a “shotgun start” at 10:00 am.  
• BPLGA CIRCLE BET:  The Bay Pointe Ladies Golf Association will offer players a chance to double their money by hitting inside a circle on the green on a par 3.  Your support helps the BPLGA fund on-course projects, socials, and member-guest driven events.
• TOURNAMENT SCORING FOLLOWING PLAY:  Tournament scoring will be located in the Banquet Room.  Flights will be made, using the first round total score, after all scores are posted.  Scores and skins game results will also be available on our Steadman tournament page and through the Golf Genius app.   

• CALCUTTA/LIVE MUSIC & HEAVY HORS D’OEUVRES:  Join us for our traditional Saturday Night @ The Steadman.  Calcutta, heavy hors d'oeuvres, cash bar, and live music with Joseph La Salla.  Tournament players are invited to bring a guest for the evening.  All the events and festivities will begin at 6:00 pm.

Saturday

• COURSE CLOSED FOR THE TOURNAMENT:  The golf course will be closed Sunday for the second round of the Steadman.  We invite all members and friends of the club to come out and watch the scores roll in with each flight.
• BREAKFAST BUFFET/LUNCH: Chef Randy Boyd will cater a breakfast buffet from 8:00 am to 10:30 am on Sunday.  Lunch will be provided between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.  The 19th Hole Grille will be closed on Sunday for catering both breakfast and lunch.  All free for tournament players.
• PRACTICE RANGE:  The practice range will be open for tournament players only from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. 
• SUNDAY TOURNAMENT TEE TIMES:  Sunday’s round will begin tentatively at 9:00 am, with tee times off hole #1. 
• SCORING/AWARDS PRESENTATION: We welcome everyone to come and watch the awards presentation to our soon to be 2023 Steadman champions on the 18th green after play.
