Open to Men, Open to Women, Open to the Public
This event is organised by the Civil Service Sports Council (CSSC). It is an individual event for men or women and is open to BOTH CSSC members AND the general public. Both CSSC members and non CSSC members are very welcome to come and enjoy the event and participate in this WHS handicap qualifying competition.
The CSSC is a paid subscription, social and sports group, with 140,000 members. The membership is drawn from 488,000 colleagues in the UK Civil Service, the 2nd largest employer in the UK.

WHS Handicap Qualifying
Participate in the knowledge that every shot matters because now your score will count towards your handicap,by default, with no effort from you! Your score will automatically be lodged with your respective golf union (Wales, England, Scotland and Ireland Unions only). This event is open to England iGolf and Wales Flexi golf members also.
Live App Leaderboards
Yes, live scoring! Players enter hole-by-hole scores in the Golf genius app which drive instant calculation of leaderboards, results and prize positions.
TV Leaderboards
Let’s face it, we have all dreamed of having our names up there contesting for the win on a live leaderboard! See the leaderboard LIVE from event start to end on the clubhouse TV in the players lounge.
Prizes
For 1st place in each handicap division (3 x handicap divisions with men and women competing in the same division but playing from different tees). Nearest the pin on the shortest or most visually dramatic Par 3.*
*We are 100% committed to fair play and events played in the honest spirit of the game. We are not looking to disqualify winners, but to be true to all competitors, we will examine the handicap history of prize winners and we have the right to disqualify should we determine that deliberate handicap manipulation may have taken place.
