Thank you for joining AmateurGolf.com for another dive into "Dream Golf" -- this time at Cabot Cape Breton Resort in Nova Scotia, Canada. This trip is limited to twelve (12) two-person teams. We will compete in a unique team match-play format that is a perfect fit for this amazing links golf setting. The first round will consist of a medal play qualifier, to determine three brackets of four teams each to play two rounds of match play and determine three flight champions.

FORMAT

For both the stroke play qualifier, and for match play, teams will play net best-ball using 50% of each player's course handicap, using the low handicap index for the past year from the USGA GHIN System. On day 1 there will be a stroke-play qualifier to determine three brackets of four teams each. Ties for all places will be broken using the USGA method using the final 9 holes, then if still tied, final 6, final 3, and final 1. All teams will play two match play rounds, with winners of the first round advancing to the final of each bracket, and the others playing consolation matches.
