RECAP OF MASTERS EVENT #2
Sycamore Creek CC - Monday, June 25, 2018
A unseasonably cool, somewhat overcast day welcomed the contestants of the second Masters Event on Monday, June 25 at Sycamore Creek Country Club. Despite everyone's best intention the golf course won the event for the day. The low Gross Score of the day belonged to Barry Vogelmeier who had an 80. However, someone did catch lightning in a bottle for two holes. Veteren Masters and Wildwood Golf Club Member, Jeff Jena played holes 11 and 12 in 4 Strokes. Yes, you read that correctly, he aced Hole #11 on the 156 yard par three and then nearly holed his second shot from the fairway on the par four, 351 yard, 12th hole. Congratulations Jeff.
