All entries open on May 20, 2024, at 1 pm EST. All exempt players must register by June 24th or forfeit their exempt status. Field is limited to 78 players.
ELIGIBILITY
Championship Division - Open to female golfers with a verifiable USGA handicap index of 8.0 or better and have reached the age of 13 by July 22, 2024, unless otherwise approved by the Tournament Committee.
Senior Championship Division - Open to female golfers with a verifiable USGA handicap index of 8.0 or better and who have reached the age of 50 by July 22, 2024 unless otherwise approved by the Tournament Committee.
Senior Field Championship Division - Open to female golfers with a verifiable USGA handicap index of 16.0 or better and have reached the age of 50 by July 22, 2024, unless otherwise approved by the Tournament Committee.
Super Senior Championship Division - Open to female golfers with a verifiable USGA handicap index of 16.0 or better and have reached the age of 65 by July 22, 2024, unless otherwise approved by the Tournament Committee.
NOTE - Submitting an entry does not guarantee acceptance into the First Coast Women's Amateur. All entries are reviewed by the Tournament Committee. The Committee does not review and approve entries daily, therefore there may be a delay between the submission of an entry (defined as contestant receipt of an automated entry acknowledgment from Golf Genius) and approval of an entry. The tournament will not charge a potential contestant’s credit card until their entry has been approved.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Entry fees will be refunded prior to the July 10th deadline. Entry fees will be refunded if the Tournament Chairman is notified by the deadline, but cancellation requests will be subject to a $25 administration fee. In the event of a withdrawal after the entry deadline, entry fees will not be refunded

PRACTICE ROUNDS
Tournament participants may play a practice round at the rate of $60+tax. Local residents living within 60 miles are required to play their practice round July 9-19 after 11:00. Only out of town players may play July 20-21 after 11:00. A limited number of practice round tee times will be available for the out of town 36-hole division players on Monday, July 22 after the tournament tee times. Tee times can be booked up to six days in advance by calling the pro shop at 904-543-2960.
ACCEPTABLE ATTIRE FOR WOMEN: Slacks, shorts, or skorts. Shorts and skorts should be mid-thigh or longer. Shirts, blouses, sweaters (appropriate golf style hoodie), turtlenecks, collarless shirts, or golf dresses with an appropriate neckline and strap. Shirts without sleeves must have a collar or appropriate neckline. Unacceptable attire for women would be denim or blue jean material of any kind, t-shirts, halter tops, spandex, sweatpants, swimsuits, workout clothing, tank tops (golf dresses) with thin straps, and no collar.
