** Entry Deadline:  September 15, 2024, unless the field is maxed out at 36 teams sooner.  If that happens, a waitlist will be started and teams will be moved into the field, in the order which they joined the waitlist, if the resort allocates Invited more tee times and/or rooms.  

** Cancelation Deadline:  August 8, 2024.  For cancelations inside 2-months prior to the event dates, no refund will be provided.  Entry may be transferred to a future Casa de Campo Stay & Play Golf Package on a space available basis.  Refunds will be issued for the canceling player(s) if his/her/their spots can be replaced by a team on the waitlist or another paid player.  

Agreement to Terms:  By submitting this registration, I confirm that I have reviewed the format and procedures outlined in this tournament portal for Casa de Campo food & Wine Am-Am.  I understand that my entry fee will be billed to my home club member number once I register and that I am responsible for all travel costs to/from the resort except for those items included in the tournament entry / resort package.
