Pace of Play Policy
WAGC has instituted a Pace of Play Policy in accordance with the USGA® Rules of Golf, Rule 5.6. This rule has the responsibility for maintaining the pace of play where it belongs, with the player. The players in the first group must play in 2 hours 15 minutes or less per nine holes. All following groups must finish each 9 holes within 14 minutes of the the group they follow.
If a group falls behind, it is expected to get back into position. This means playing ready golf is allowed in stroke play and encouraged.
- Players/Groups are responsible for monitoring their own pace.
- Players/Groups may not receive an on course pace warning
- Players/Groups are expected to finish within 14 minutes of the group they follow.

-
Penalty for second breach: Two penalty strokes.
-
