We have booked a 48-seat coach to transfer many of you to and from the Mantra and the courses.
NOTES:
- For those of you who chose this option, please plan to meet at the bus pick-up point at the rear of the Mantra for departure and at the designated pick-up point at the courses for the return.
- The transfer timetable is very tight: This has been very carefully planned to ensure that we get everyone to and from the courses in a timely manner (and make sure that everyone has maximum enjoyment with minimal waiting). So we appreciate if you can ensure that you are at the coach, ready to depart, a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your departure time.
- While we have scheduled this as efficiently as possible, some of you may find that you’ll have a surplus of time at the course between the end of your round at the departure of the bus. This could not be avoided, so we appreciate your understanding. We recommend that you take the opportunity to enjoy the “Holiday Time”: Have a beer, enjoy the time with your mates, or even work on your short game in the practice facility, etc.
- We arrive and depart as a “team”. Each person scheduled to be on the bus will need to check in with the SGA Team Member prior to boarding, so we can tick you off the list.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: If you change your plans and do not need to take the bus, you must tell us ASAP – as the entire bus will otherwise be looking/waiting for you.
