Schedule of Events

Thursday, September 7^th

6:30am – Practice facilities open

7:30am-10:00am – Practice rounds (pairings will be assigned, girls off first, boys off last)

1:00pm-5:00pm – Skills testing (schedule to be provided to players in advance)

6:00pm – Coaches dinner at Whistle Bear (all coaches welcome to attend)

Friday, September 8^th

7:00am – Practice facilities open

8:00am-10:30am – First round tee times (girls first, boys last)

11:30am-2:00pm – Player lunch pick-up (at the halfway house or the clubhouse)

Saturday, September 9^th

10:00am – Practice facilities open

11:30am-2:00pm – Second round tee times (boys first, girls last – re-paired based on scores)

Sunday, September 10^th

10:00am – Practice facilities open

11:30am-2:00pm – Final round tee times (girls first, boys last – re-paired based on scores)

** There will be a playoff in the case of ties for first place for the boys and girls’ divisions, and ties for World Junior Girls spots, so please ensure players stick around. The playoff for girls will start immediately after play (before the boys have finished).
