Host Club Information - Ocean Shores Country Club

 

 

Tournament Office

• The Tournament Office at Ocean Shores Country Club will be located in the Sunset Room in the clubhouse.
• Players can access the tournament office via the clubhouse front door or through the hallway to the Pro Shop.
• Players must register in the tournament office before their round to collect their scorecard. 
• Players must return to the tournament office immediately after their round to hand their scorecard in.

 

 

Practice Facilities

• Ocean Shores Country Club has the following Practice Facilities
  • Driving Range (adjacent to the 1st fairway)
  • Putting Green (adjacent to the Driving Range)
  • Chipping Green (adjacent to the Driving Range)

 

• Balls for the Driving Range can be purchased from the Pro Shop.
• Please note - due to the length of the range, PLAYERS ARE ONLY PERMITTED TO HIT WEDGES, IRONS AND FAIRWAY WOODS.
• Anyone ignoring this rule and intentionally hitting balls over the range and into the dam may be disqualified from the tournament.
• To protect the Driving Range Practice Tee, the range will be closed in the lead-up to the tournament and will be open on the Tournament Days only, from 7:00am to 12:00pm 

 

 

Clubhouse Opening Hours

• The Clubhouse will be open from 6am, Monday to Friday.
• The Bistro will be open from 12pm to 2pm (lunch) and from 5:30pm (dinner), Monday to Friday.
• Coffee will be available from the Clubhouse, from 6am

 

Halfway House Opening Hours

• The Halfway House is located at the back of the 18th green and adjacent to the 10th Tee.
• The Halfway House will be open from 6:30am every day.
• The Halfway House will close when the final groups to tee off on each day have completed 9 Holes.
