Tee Up for Mental Health Tournament

All proceeds to benefit Skills for Safer Living Program, run by the Canadian Mental Health Association

Venue:  Golfplay, 80 Lodge St., Waterloo 519-650-4242  - www.golfplay.ca

Date: Saturday, May 13

Tee Times: 7:00 & 7:30 (Every group of six will receive 3 hours and 45 minutes to complete their round)

Player Field: 60 players (max) Bays 1-10 will be used. Register as a three-person team or as two separate three-person teams (registering as a sixsome ensures that you all play together).

Course: Cove Club at Cabo Del Sol

Tees: Men (White) / Women (Red)

Gimmies: 6.56 ft

Scoring: There will be prizes handed out for Best Team, Most Honest & Longest Putt of the Day!

Registration Fee: $330 (+HST) per team - Early Bird Pricing ends April 30th, will move to $360 (+HST) per team May 1st

We're using the Golf Genius platform to accept registrations.  The registration process is as follows:

The first step is to enter player information for each player in your group;

• First & Last name
• Email address
• Phone number

Once the player information has been entered, the person making the registration will need to set up a Golf Genius account by clicking on "New Registration". Then you will will be directed to the payment page, where credit card information is entered.

Once payment has been processed, you will be taken to the Tee Sheet, where you can see availability of Threesome & Sixsome spots for each time.  IMPORTANT - At this stage you will need to search for your group using the drop down menu at the top of the page by typing in the name of any golfer in your group. 

Next, select the preferred time and then press the "DONE" button at the bottom right.  That's it - your group is registered for the Tee Up For Mental Health Tournament!
 
NOTE - If there is no suitable time available for your group and you wish to cancel your registration, you can do so yourself by editing your account and requesting a refund.  The refund will go automatically back onto the credit card used.
