Sara is a PGA of Canada Class A Teaching Professional with over 25 years of experience. She is trained in high-performance coaching and was the 2022 Team NS coach at Canada Games. She works with golfers of all ages and skill levels but has a passion for junior development. Sara is the founder of Metro Ladies Golf Inc and is always looking to create opportunities for more women and girls to compete. Her new role as the Technical Director of the NSGA has opened new opportunities to work with the Golf Canada ID Specialist, Tristan Mullaly. Dr Simon Taylor is a mental performance consultant with the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and works at the Canadian Sports Institute Atlantic. He is also the founder of Taylored Mindset, a mental performance consultancy specialising in helping individual athletes and teams take their game to the next level. Simon has played golf at the highest level as an amateur, having competed at Division I in the NCAA and international golfing events worldwide. Combining his experiences as a player with his professional knowledge, he can relate to many of the common struggles that golfers face and help them overcome these more effectively. Angela Dufour is a Certified Senior Level Practitioner (high performance certified) with Canada’s Own the Podium High Performance Sport Certification Program. Over the past 20 years, Angela has been working as a High Performance Dietitian with Many National and Provincial Sport Organizations within the Canadian Sport System and Sports Centre Atlantic. She takes an active role in leading the high performance sport nutrition initiatives within the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Sport Network (COPSIN). Angela is currently the Lead Performance Dietitian for the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) and Team Canada since the 2018 Pyeong Chang Winter Olympics, attending the 2019 Pan American Games, Peru, 2021 Tokyo Summer Olympics and 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and is a National Consultant for Major Games Canada. As an active board member of the National Supplement Advisory Group she also leads a National directive on sport supplement policy, provisions and tracking within Canada.

 

Angela is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) The CSSD IS THE PREMIER PROFESSIONAL SPORTS NUTRITION CREDENTIAL IN THE U.S. AND CANADA and is a graduate of the inaugural and esteemed International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sports Nutrition. She is currently under-going her PhD studies at the University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia in the area of Food Service Pandemic Provisions for Athletes at Major Games, Focusing on Safe, Sustainable and Suitable Food.
