SGF CLASSICS FOR BOYS & GIRLS

Competition for the boys will be for the SGF Classic Boys Trophy. The event will be over 72 holes (from the Blue Tees) there will be a cut after 36 holes with the top 30 and tied qualifying for the last 2 rounds on the Wednesday.

Competition for the girls will be for the SGF Classic Girls Trophy. The event will be over 72 holes (from the Green tees) there will be no cut.

The winners will receive a replica trophy and an Ambassador Clothing pack from Druids, there will also be silver and bronze medals for boys and girls and the following vouchers:

In the event of a tie for first place for boys and girls there will be a play off, until there is a winner of the Trophy. If a tie, for a medal, it will be decided on a count back basis. All vouchers will be shared.

 

ALL PRIZE WINNERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO STAY BEHIND FOR THE PRIZE GIVING.

 

Goswick GC are happy to offer a practice round at £15 per person per round. Please contact Goswick GC direct for a tee time.

  1. All players must register, each day at the reception desk, in the main clubhouse of Goswick Links GC at least 30 minutes before their tee time.
  2. On day one you will receive a sleeve of balls and each day you will also be asked to choose your meal for the day, all courtesy of SGF. Various options will be available (if you have a particular dietary requirement, please let us know as soon as possible)
  3. Range balls will be available on practice and competition play, the cost for this will be £3 per bucket of balls.
  4. The clubhouse will be open for food on Monday and Tuesday, with last orders at 6.30pm. On Wednesday the clubhouse will be open for food from 6.30am until 7pm.
  5. All players must be on the tee 10 minutes before their allocated tee time.
  6. The local rules on the club scorecard will be incorporated in the event and there will be two roaming referees on each day Ian Melville and Nigel Brown.
