TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
All participants must register with the PGA of Canada Sunday, September 16th, in The Winston Golf Club clubhouse. Players that do not register may be disqualified.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All competitors are entitled to one official practice round at The Winston Golf Club on Sunday, September 16th. Please email pairing requests to adam@pgaofcanada.com. Please do not forward requests until after August 25th.
CHAMPIONSHIP HOTEL

STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the first and second rounds will be made available at registration on Sunday, September 16th, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Final round starting times will be available in the evening preceding play at approximately 8:00 p.m. at www.pgaofcanada.com.
CHAMPIONSHIP POLICIES
All PGA of Canada Championship Policies are available at www.pgaofcanada.com/tournaments. Please be familiar with these policies prior to the competition.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
Practice Facilities at The Winston Golf Club will be available to all tournament players for the duration of the Championship. The range and short game area will open daily at 7:00 a.m.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you find you cannot compete in the championship, you must officially withdraw from the event by contacting Adam LeBrun at 800-782-5764 ext. 227. This allows us to replace you with an alternate. If you cannot compete and do not withdraw and are therefore a “no show”, you may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION from future competitions.
