Additional Information for Competitors - Course Etiquette

 

 

1. Players teeing of first tee have right way when players are putting on the 3^rd green.  This will speed up play.  Players should be considerate of this.
    
2. Players on the 6^th green should be sensitive to delays on this hole. If they note players waiting on tee to drive, they should call players by waving from green to hit drives and then continue to complete out hole.  We will have a volunteer near the green to check the 6^th tee to assist with speed of play and player safety.
    
3. We would ask that players signal wayward drives on holes 4, 6, 10, 11, 13, 16, 17 to assist the ball spotters.
    
4. General: Although ball spotters are present during the event, the players must note that they are responsible for locating their ball and that these volunteers are helping during the event. Players should be respectful to these volunteers and that they are not deemed Golf Ireland Rules Officials.
