Welcome to the 32nd annual Gorge Vale Conquer Cancer Classic. The first person listed on the scorecard is the captain. Please share the following information with your team & make sure you note your team number. This is your table number for the banquet.
FORMAT: BEST BALL of FOUR STROKE PLAY (Using Stableford scoring)
- Each players handicap as of April 22nd is noted by their name on the scorecard
- The team captain MUST record a gross score for each member of the team for every hole. If a player is unable to complete a hole, then record a 9 opposite that player’s name. The Committee’s software will compute the stableford points for each player on each hole automatically based upon each player’s gross score, the rating for the hole & the handicap used.
- Sink all putts for balls that will count.
- To encourage faster play please pick up if you are out of the hole (if your score will not count)
- The scorecard is to be signed by at least 1 player plus the team captain.
- Turn scorecard in to the scorers table immediately after your round.
- Should there be a tie for overall winner will be decided by matching score cards on the basis of the best score for the last nine holes. If still tied, then winner decided by last six, last 3 etc.
