City Ladies' League - Welcome!
- How do I make tee times for ladies’ league?
- Tee times may be booked 1 week, 7 days in advance, for all league play.
- All names, with contact information, are needed when booking tee times for league play.
- Why can’t I book tee times online?
- Tee times are reserved, or blocked from the public, for league play at both venues until 12 p.m. one day prior. Simply call the Golf Shops to reserve your time in advance.
- What time can I play?
- You may play anytime throughout the day of league play, except for the shotgun-start play days. You may play in the 9-Hole game, 18-Hole game, or both, as each game will have a separate pot for those participating.
- All singles must be paired with at least one other player to account for scoring.
- What if I don’t have a group to play with?
- If you can’t find a group, please call the Golf Shop and our staff can add you to a group or make introductions! Your Ladies’ Committee is also committed to finding a spot for you!
- How do I know which game, or format, we’re playing for the day?
- Formats, with dates and venues, are published on the ladies’ league schedule.
- The golf shops at each venue will also post play day sheets with information accordingly.
- How do I keep track of my score for ladies’ day?
- All ladies are responsible for keeping their own score within in the group, according to the USGA Rules of Golf.
- First and last names are required on each card and hole-by-hole scores must be filled out legibly.
- Simply write the gross score of each player on the scorecard.
- Return all scorecards to either the drop-box at LP or the mailbox at TR after the round is finished.
- What’s the maximum score I can take for league play?
- The maximum score for league play is 10 strokes per hole. Once you've reached 10, simply pick your ball up and proceed to the next hole to encourage a good pace of play and a more enjoyable experience!
- The maximum score according to the USGA Rules of Golf for posting purposes is NET double-bogey.
- What does pace-of-play mean?
- Pace-of-play refers to the amount of time it takes for each group to complete a hole. For example, the pace-of-play for 9 holes is 2 hours, and 4 hours for 18 holes.
- Ultimately, a good pace-of-play is defined as keeping up with the group in front of you.

- The responsibility to find a partner for a two-person team game lies with each player.
- League rosters with contact emails or phone numbers can be found online.
- How are flights created on event days?
- The number of flights is determined based on the number of players in the field on that day. Flights are then created based on individual, or combined team, handicap index.
