Welcome to the 2023 Benning Cup

 

 

Season Long Individual Match Play Event ~ If the match remains tied after 18 holes, please go directly to the 1st tee to settle the match in “Sudden Death”.

 

Participants will schedule matches on their own.  Before play, check in with the golf shop to receive a Rules Sheet and Tournament Scorecard.

 

Matches must be completed in accordance with this schedule:

1st Round: April 1 – April 30             2nd Round: May 1 – May 31 
3rd Round: June 1 – June 30              4th Round: July 1 – July 31 
5th Round: Aug. 1 – August 31          6th Round: September 1- September 30

 

Note: Matches not played by the deadline will be settled by a coin flip by the Professional Staff.

Handicap Allowance ~ 100% of Handicap - Cards will be stroked off the Low Ball.

 

We will use the handicap index as of the 1st of each month.

 

Tournament Tees ~ Men will play from the Blue tees, Rule of 80 from the White tees, and Ladies will play the Red tees.

 

(You may move from the Blue to the White tees ONCE during the season and only if your eligibility changes.)
