REGISTRATION
All players must register from 10 am - 4pm on Thursday, May 25 before their practice round at Peterborough Golf & Country Club. If players cannot register on the day of the official practice round, they must notify the Golf Canada Tournament Director dsuppa@golfcanada.ca and arrange to register in the Tournament Office at least 30 minutes before their first tee time for Round 1.
Players that do not register may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to a complimentary practice round at Peterborough Golf & Country Club on Thursday, May 25 from 10 am - 3pm. Players may reserve their official practice round tee time by calling the golf shop at 705-743-5010 starting May 1 .
If you cannot attend the Official Practice Round on Thursday, May 25, please contact Kurtis Sweeting ksweeting@ptbogolf.com. Please book any additional practice rounds on the by emailing Kurtis Sweeting.
Power carts are PROHIBITIED for players, coaches or spectators during the Official Practice Round or championship play.
TALENT ID CAMP
Golf Canada will be hosting a National Talent Identification Camp on the morning of the practice round day for golfers aged 15 and under participating in the tournament. These camps aim to provide high-quality education to developing players and are used to evaluate and track players who are early in their competitive golf journey. The camp consists of five testing areas: driving, approach, short game, putting, and physical testing assessments. Once players are accepted into their respective NextGen tournament field, they will be sent a registration link to sign up for the camp. Players are welcome to bring their coaches to the camp and parents are also invited to observe.

STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the first and second round will be available online on Tuesday, May 23. Final round starting times will be emailed out and available online approximately 1-2 hours after play concludes.
CUT
After 36 holes, the field will be reduced to approximately 50% of each division. Final cut policy for the Junior Boys and Junior Girls will be determined 1 week prior to the championship.

CADDIES, COACHES, & SPECTATORS
Golf Canada will be allowing the following guidelines for the NextGen Championships:
- Caddies: Are NOT allowed for Golf Canada junior competitions.
- Spectators: Are allowed during the championship and must abide by the Parent & Spectator Code of Conduct.
- Coaches: Are allowed during the championship and must attain a coach's lanyard in the Tournament Office before being permitted access behind the ropes at the practice facilities
CLUBHOUSE & PRACTICE FACILITIES
The clubhouse will be open daily at 6:30am. The practice facilities will open at 6:30am. Balls are complimentary PRIOR to a player’s round, courtesy of the host club.

INSCRIPTION
Tous les participants doivent s’enregistrer entre 10 h et 16 h le jeudi 25 mai avant leur ronde d’entraînement au Peterborough Golf & Country Club. Si un joueur ne peut pas s’enregistrer le jour de la ronde officielle d’entraînement, il doit en aviser Golf Canada et prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour s’enregistrer au moins 30 minutes avant le premier temps de départ de la première ronde du championnat.
Les joueurs qui ne s’enregistrent pas seront passibles de DISQUALIFICATION.
RONDE OFFICIELLE D’ENTRAÎNEMENT
Tous les joueurs ont droit à un tour d'entraînement gratuit au Peterborough Golf & Country Club le jeudi 25 mai de 10h à 15h. Les joueurs peuvent réserver leur heure de départ pour la ronde d'entraînement officielle en appelant la boutique de golf au 705-743-5010.
Si vous ne pouvez pas assister à la ronde d'entraînement officielle du jeudi 25 mai, veuillez communiquer avec Kurtis Sweeting à ksweeting@ptbogolf.com. Veuillez réserver tout tour d'entraînement supplémentaire en envoyant un courriel à Kurtis Sweeting.
Les voiturettes de golf motorisées sont INTERDITES aux participants, entraîneurs ou spectateurs durant la ronde officielle d’entraînement et le tournoi de championnat.
DÉPISTAGE DE TALENTS
Golf Canada tiendra un Camp national de dépistage de talents le matin du jour de la ronde d’entraînement pour les jeunes golfeurs de 15 ans et moins participant au tournoi. Ces camps visent à offrir un enseignement de grande qualité aux joueurs en développement et servent aussi à évaluer et suivre les joueurs au début de leur parcours de golf compétitif. Le camp se répartit sur cinq zones de tests : coupes de départ, approche, jeu court, coups roulés et évaluation de la condition physique. Une fois acceptés dans le peloton de leur tournoi NextGen respectif, les joueurs recevront un lien pour s’inscrire au camp correspondant. Les joueurs peuvent se faire accompagner au camp par leur entraîneur et les parents sont aussi invités à y assister.

HEURES DE DÉPART
Les heures de départ pour la première et la deuxième ronde seront affichées en ligne le mardi 23 mai. Les heures de départ de la ronde finale seront transmises par courriel et affichées en ligne environ 1 ou 2 heures après la conclusion du jeu de deuxième ronde.
COUPERET
Après 36 trous, le tableau de participation sera réduit à environ 50 % de chaque division. La politique de couperet final des golfeurs juniors et des golfeuses juniors sera déterminée une semaine avant le championnat.

CADETS, ENTRAÎNEURS, ET SPECTATEURS
Golf Canada autorisera les directives suivantes pour les Championnats NextGen:
- Cadets : NE sont PAS autorisés pendant les compétitions juniors de Golf Canada.
- Spectateurs : Sont autorisés pendant le championnat et doivent respecter le Code de conduite des parents et spectateurs.
- Entraîneurs : Les entraîneurs sont autorisés sur le terrain pendant le championnat, cependant, ils doivent se procurer un laissez-passer d’entraîneur dans le bureau du tournoi pour pouvoir accéder aux installations d’entraînement à l’intérieur des cordes.
PAVILLON ET INSTALLATIONS D’EXERCICE
Le pavillon ouvrira tous les matins à 6 h 30. Les installations d’exercice ouvriront aussi à 6 h 30. Les balles d’entraînement sont gratuites AVANT la ronde d’un participant, courtoisie du club hôte.
