Thank you for registering for this year's Maumelle Classic presented by Metro Appliances & More.  We are looking forward to another great competition.

 

Our goal is to keep you informed before, during, and after the event.  There will be other email/text correspondence in the coming days as the event approaches.  Below are a few items we feel you need to be informed of now.  (Note:  If you don't receive a welcome text please reply to this email with name and mobile number.)

 

Event Portal

 

We will utilize email and text to get the information out to you.  All information will published to the event portal (then emailed and text).  (Note:  We have been experiencing issues (delays) with the text system.)

 

The Classic event portal may be accessed the following ways:

Practice Rounds

 

Practice round tee times may be made for next week.  We prefer you to play on Thursday (July 13th) but will try to accommodate you if you can't play Thursday.  Each player is responsible for the cart fee ($20+tax) for the practice round.  Call the golf shop to book your time (501-851-3700).

Senior - White Tees

Super-Senior – Green Tees

Masters – Gold Tees

 

Yardage Books

 

MCC Yardage Books are available for purchase in the golf shop.

 

MCC Junior Golf Raffle

 

During the Classic (4) $250 Dining Gift Certificates will raffled off.  Each Classic participant receives (1) entry included in tournament entry fee.  If you would like to purchase more you may at $5 per ticket.  Anyone may purchase raffle tickets and you will be notified by phone if you win.  Thank you to Cypress Social, Count Porkula, Waldo’s Chicken & Beer, and Tazikis for their support of MCC Junior Golf.

 

Hotel

 

If you are in need of a hotel room we have made arrangements for a special rate with the Hampton Inn Maumelle.  Reference Maumelle Country Club and the Maumelle Classic Golf Tournament to receive the rate.

 

Eddie Craven Shootout

 

As it does each year The Classic kicks off with the Shootout Thursday (July 14th) at 4:30pm.  Everyone is invited to come and watch past Classic & MCC Club Champions battle it out.  There will plenty of food & drink so don't miss it (including the PTS Food Truck and Sugar Rush Sno Cone Truck).

 

Walk Down Memory Lane

 

We invite everyone to stop by the Classic "Walk Down Memory Lane" that will be in the Main Ballroom of the Clubhouse during the event.  View the history of the Classic through pictures and memorabilia.

 

The Nautical Mile @ MCC (Holes 15-18)

 

Metro Appliances & More (Todd & Stephanie Krauser) challenge all Maumelle Classic golfers on The Nautical Mile this year.  Any golfer that birdies The Nautical Mile (Holes 15, 16, 17, & 18) during the same round will receive $500 in golf shop credit at the MCC Golf Shop
