Located in the heart of the beautiful Annapolis Valley, KenWo Golf Club was formed in 1921. This member-owned course has been welcoming guests to its championship location for years and continues to be recognized as one of the friendliest places to play in the Maritimes. Being one of the oldest clubs in Nova Scotia, KenWo boasts a challenging 18-hole layout over 6,300 yards. In recent years, the club has played host to the Canadian Women's Amateur Championship, recognizing its reputation as a challenging course. Each season KenWo hosts the annual Apple Blossom Invitational in May, a tournament that attracts several of the Provinces top male amateurs. KenWo has a course rating of 69.9 and a slope of 127 from the Blue tees. The Club also provides a fully stocked Pro Shop, three practice putting and chipping greens, a driving range, as well as power cart and club rentals.
The Club is led by PGA of Canada Director of Golf and Operations, Mr. Rene MacKay. Assisting the Director of Golf in the day-to-day operations are his management team including Administrative Assistant; Brandy Martin, along with his PGA of Canada Professional Staff, Course Superintendent and Food & Beverage team led by F & B Manager Deb Barclay.
