a) Age Group Veterans (over-60) as set out in Section A of the General Regulations
b) Gender Male
c) Handicap Competitors must hold a Handicap Index of 18.0 or less on the closing date.
d) Eligibility See Section A of the General Regulations
e) Size of Field Set annually by the Regional Championships Committee (www.golfireland.ie and 
consult the relevant competition page) 
f) Ballot Lowest Handicap Index at the close of entries, with the proviso that at least 12 players 
in the over-60s category and 10 players in the over-65s category are admitted. 
g) Form of Play Stroke Play
