Please register in the clubhouse on arrival, your scorecards will be available on the first tee.
Please allow plenty of time to travel, warm up and arrive at the first tee 10 minutes before you allocated start time.
The clubhouse will be open at 7am for all competitors and family/friends.
Please familiarise yourself with the Hampshire Golf Terms of Competition- paying special attention to Section 7 -
Caddies 7.1 There are no restrictions on the use of caddies, except in junior championships/competitions when a player is prohibited from using a caddie. This includes the Junior Championship and the Green Jackets inter-club knockout. Penalty for breach of Condition: See Rules of Golf (10.2).
Parents are welcome and encouraged to spectate but must do so from a distance- ie, ball spotting.
The Under 12's and 10's presentation (those playing 18 holes) will commence after their round- at roughly 2pm.
It is expected that all competitors stay for the duration of the presentations.
Please note, only one prize voucher is permitted per player but more than one trophy can be awarded, those who have a higher handicap than the stated limits must play off the maximum handicap for their age group. (for the purpose of the results)
