This portal will cover our Sweeps games in the posting season. (3/1/23 - 11/14/23)

 

Here is how you sign up and compete in Sweeps. 

  • You must play with other Men's club member(s) to compete in the Sweeps.
  • McCormick has set aside 2 tee times for the Men's club in March (09:18 & 09:27) and 3 tee times in April & May (08:24, 08;33 & 08:42), specifically for our Sweeps competitions. We will evaluate in May if additional tee times are necessary beginning June, if not, the same tee times will continue.
  • You can call the pro shop (360-895-0130) and ask to be put in the "Men's Club ball drop" and you will be randomly paired with another Men's club member in one of the tee times.   The pro shop will hold these times for the Men's club until 3 days before the event. 
  • The tee times will be released for sale to the general public 3 days before the event. You can still make a tee time within the 3-day window but be aware you will be competing with the public for these prime tee times. 
  • You can also play in the Sweeps game by making a tee time outside of the "Ball Drop."  You still must play with at least 1 other Men's Club member.

When you check in for your round, pay your $5 entry fee and inform the pro shop what tees you are playing from. 

 

 

After your round, turn in the scorecard to the pro shop. Please make sure your scorecard has:

  1. First and Last names of the competitors, legibly printed.
  2. All holes have a score entered (X for holes not completed). Do not write a net double bogey!
  3. Signature of the scorekeeper
  4. Note: It is all player's responsibility to verify the scorecard that is turned in. Once the card is submitted, it becomes official. If it is later identified that a lower score is submitted, that player is disqualified. If a higher score is submitted, that score stands.

 

Golf Genius will post your score when you play in Sweeps events.
